Customer Information Instructions

Core Scientific LLC, a limited liability company (“Core Scientific”), is required by law and by good business practice to identify and know its customers and to ensure that its transactions with them meet high standards of integrity.  Furthermore, Core Scientific has entered into contractual commitments that require that the following information be provided upon formation of the customer relationship.

Accordingly, Core Scientific requires its customers to provide the following information and certification as a condition to doing business with them.  The following form seeks basic information that identifies a customer and permits Core Scientific to verify that information.

For each natural person who is identified as a customer, or as an owner (ten percent or greater), or a general partner of a customer, Core Scientific requires a copy of a current government-issued photo identity document, such as a passport or driver’s license. This document must show the issuing government entity, document number, dates of issue and expiration, date of birth, signature of the individual, and a clear photograph.
