The easiest experience for us! Keyla was awesome, super quick to respond, and willing to answer all of our questions. Having been contacted via a cold call from Paul, I listened and with much skepticism agreed to send to his company some bench sweeps I have had for quite a while. I received a prepaid shipping container in which to send the sweeps and some polishing wheel machine filters back to his company. So far, so good. A few weeks later I received a phone call from Paul informing me that a check was being sent to me. I must truly admit that I was presently surprised, no shocked, at the amount! And I just received another call from Paul informing me of another check that is coming for the filters or as he called them low grade material. Their service is exceptional, their staff is professional and friendly. They will continue to receive my business! In fact, I'm now putting together some sterling silver to send to them.
